Strong & Grounded is a movement-based class designed to help you feel stronger, more stable, and more connected in your body. This class blends mobility, stretching, breath, and functional strength with a focus on the hips, core, legs, and feet to improve balance, stability, and overall movement quality.
Expect a supportive, approachable atmosphere with grounding movement patterns, mobility work, strength exercises, and deep stretching to help release tension while building strength from the ground up.

This class blends energizing yoga-inspired movement with resistance stretching to warm, strengthen, and open the body.
In the second half of class, we shift into guided myofascial release using therapy balls to melt away tension, restore mobility, and leave you feeling as though you’ve had a full-body massage.
